[drupal-devel] DRUPAL-4-6 branch created, HEAD opened up

Hello world,

I created the DRUPAL-4-6 branch, meaning that CVS HEAD is opened up for 
development!  Furthermore, I modified the package script to package the 
DRUPAL-4-6 branch as Drupal 4.6.0 RC.  The Drupal 4.6.0 RC now lives at 
http://www.drupal.org/files/projects/drupal-4.6.0-rc.tar.gz.

I'll follow up with a short status report on drupal.org.
