It seems that we are handing an array of taxonomy objects as parent
instead of an integer as we should. This happens on all editing not
just right after creation.

To reproduce:
1. Create a forum container
2. Create a forum as a child of that container
3. Edit the forum created in 2.
You will see that the Parent dropdown has been set back to .
