I receive the following error when deleting containers and forums:


user error: Table 'db12345678.forum' doesn't exist
query: SELECT f.nid FROM forum f WHERE f.tid = 37 in

/.../includes/common.inc on line 192.


I am running the latest CVS versions of Drupal and all modules
including forum module.  My config is using a database prefix so I
believe the code is not appending the db prefix.
