aggregator_menu caches 4 or so menu entries for each source and each
category. Thus, on a site with lots (i.e. > 500) feeds, the menu cache
chokes.


attached is a patch that removes these entries from the cache to be
only used (for tabs) when relevant - similar to how the user and node
tabs are handled.
