[drupal-devel] Branching to HEAD

I've made a bit of a booboo and realesed a module under DRUPAL-4-5 without
first putting it in HEAD.  I've tried some variations of the following
without any luck.

When in DRUPAL-4-5/contributions/ I type:

> cvs tag -b HEAD modules/helpedit

And the response I get is:

> Invalid tag for /contributions/modules/helpedit.
> cvs tag: Pre-tag check failed
> cvs [tag aborted]: correct the above errors first!

Any ideas?
