The more i think about it. the more I like it.
At the very least, it could completely take over all block assignment, 
and instead of having columns, use the current
theme with textareas placed in each of the regions.

Perhaps offering only a set of functions that we want them too, but 
then making sure the useable api is visible, and
well documented. This could somewhat sandbox the users into what is 
available.

Hell, perhaps even just have an [exec|exit();]

Perhaps CCK could even use it as the the basis of the form designer.
A text area, and an AJAX preview window that gets automatically 
refreshed.

I think it has the potential to make drupal an incredibly expressive 
system.
Each release has a pdf cheat sheet of the functions available for that 
specific versions.

Do any other cms' have that kind of functionality ?
