Hi,

I enabled Drupal (CVS HEAD version, 29 August 2005) to work with MySQLi.

Can MySQLi support be included in Drupal 4.7 or 4.8/5.0 ? This is important 
for people who don't use the deprecated MySQL client in their PHP, and for 
everyone who works with MySQL 4.1 and 5.0. This patch does not affect Drupal 
compatibility with older versions.
