Hello world,

for your information, thanks to Gerhard's hard work, the node  
revision patch hit core!  Yay.

cvs?commit=18899.  Upgrade instructions will be made available shortly.

For those who maintain a node module, three recent changes are likely  
to affect your module:

   1. The introduction of _node_info(), node_get_name(), node_get_base 
() and the removal of some node system functions. (chx: will you  
provide documentation and upgrade notes?)

   2.  Changes to the taxonomy_save_*() functions. (chx: will you  
provide documentation and upgrade notes?)

   3. The node revision changes I just committed (Gerhard: will you  
provide documentation and upgrade notes?)

We don't anticipate more changes to the node system, except for those  
introduced by the form API.
