[development] CVS repository unavailable

Hello world,

depending on where you or your ISP are located, the Drupal CVS  
repositories, which are still hosted at Grafix, are temporary  
unavailable because "they lost an important backbone fiber".  They  
are currently working on the problem.  In the next few weeks, we'll  
work with OSL to move the Drupal CVS repositories from Grafix to  
OSL.  That should complete the migration from the old to the new  
infrastructure.
