Good idea.. for after 4.7 final is released.

I'd like to see the extra property concept be where eveything is placed, 
including the node body. With a weight for each.

Then provide a UI (not theme layer) for reweighting.

And a UI for choosing different layouts (defined by the theme) which 
define regions (within the main content area, these are *not* block 
regions). If a non-default layout is chosen, the reweighting UI changes 
to a region choosing and reweighting UI.
