[development] adopting and upgrading lonely modules

hey folks,

I just updated emailpage.module and print.module to work with drupal
4.7/HEAD.  I also volunteer to be their "maintainers" since I have
received bounces and noreplies from the original authors.  What is the
process for this?  I'm already in the cvs, so I could just cvs commit
my changes; but I wanted to check here first.
