Questions like:

  - Can Drupal do this ...?
  - How do I ...?
  - Can you add my site to the site listing on drupal.org?
  - CVS account requests.
  - Spam. Spam. Spam.
  - ...

The truth is that people send us e-mail without having researched the 
available communication channels or without having read the Drupal 
documentation.  We point them to the proper documentation in a friendly 
manner, and provide information where necessary.
