[drupal-devel] Is there still a maintainer for the Pay pal tip jar?

I noticed that the PayPal tip jar module still has a bug
http://drupal.org/node/12969. Before I go digging into this one I would
like to know if the maintainer is working on this or is it an abandoned
module.
