I'm of the opinion we don't.

They can do stuff like that since they have a seperate admin theme   
(don't argue. it's true. all of the
templates we have ported from wordpress would break horribly with  
that edit screen).

We already have collapsable fields, but for the life of me I can not  
comprehend what the use of
the draggable fields are, other than the cool factor.

Not being able to rely on 'muscle memory' to find the right field to  
expand seems like a step back to me.
