Unfortunately HTML and CSS does not really offer much in the way of 
adapting to multiple resolutions... save for using Javascript to switch 
stylesheets.

But if you are referring to the way that on Drupal.org the green 
download box covers the 3 screenshots in the orange box at 800x600, that 
is intentional. Resolutions in between 800x600 and 1024x768 are very, 
very rare, and this solution keeps the (important) download box visible 
even at 800x600.
