There is also an "ullgren" in #drupal (on freenode). I've contacted him 
in the past, but have no idea of his current status.

As an alternative - feel free to add patches for survey.module which 
has a fair bit of functionality overlap, and a responsive maintainer 
(who is a really cool guy) ;)
