This patch adds support for theme_div and theme_span.


I've tested this on CVS and it works fine.


Darix is also doing some work on this in modules.

I'm not exactly sure what the point of this is... how would a themer
make use of these?


A more meaningful theme('wrapper') was being made by Bèr I think. It
specifically required id's and/or classes to make sure each usage is
easy to identify.

Hey, oddly enough, that's how my patch was at first, but Bèr told me
not to require IDs and Classes.


Now I feel like I wasted an hours work...
