[drupal-devel] Admin theme.

One of the things decided on at DrupalCon was that we are going to 
return to the seperate
look and feel for the administration menu. Has anyone made any headway 
on this yet?

Reason I am asking is because such a theme would come in mighty handy 
for the install system
stuff I am going to be doing soon.
