Two changes must be made to update a 4.5 phptemplate theme (without
custom code) to current CVS HEAD:
1. The name for the search field must be changed from "keys" to "edit[keys]"
2. The #help item surrounding $help must be removed. (A div#help is
now included in the $help variable, as generated by theme_help)

A couple other changes landed on core copy of pushbutton which will
need to be merged.  I will work on this over the weekend if no one
else takes up the project before then.
