[drupal-devel] MENU_ITEM_GROUPING shows in menu even when disabled: bug?

Now I wonder why the "administer" item (admin) has a status of 
MENU_NORMAL_ITEM and not MENU_ITEM_GROUPING? When I disable admin, all 
if its children pop up a level in the menu, like described before. Seems 
that either we don't need MENU_ITEM_GROUPING, or MENU_NORMAL_ITEM 
shouldn't have children, or at least that the behavior should be unified.
