[drupal-devel] Cleaner Directory structure

Isn't the searching only done from two admin pages in Drupal? The
"admin/modules" and the "admin/themes"?

Every other page just checks the path to said module/theme from the
database anyway, and they do no searching at all.

So, only two infrequent admin functions are potentially affected, and
the rest of Drupal performs the same way. Right?

Or am I mistaken?
