This patch makes all terms on the taxonomy overview page links to the
taxonomy term list page.  I'm constantly wanting to go to a taxonomy
term's list page from the taxonomy overview page and I've never been
able to figure out why this feature didn't exist already.


Here's the patch for 4.6.
