Thanks to marineam this is fixed now. There is an old checkout which file  
is php included here. I asked him to replace the file. I hope that soon  
cvs.drupal.org will move to Oregon and this file will be 'live' again.  
That's why I have not replaced the PHP command by the actual HTML.
