[development] One core, many distributions

Hi Charlie,

I meant to discuss more on the 'core' concept than about which
modules... But anyway I'd just propose some module that creates simple
node types on the fly -only with a new name- I've heard of, but I
haven't seen yet :-) -- Then we can drop story, page, blog....
