[development] Theme('confirm'...) in 4.7?

Hi-

It seems theme('confirm'...) has disappeared in HEAD. I assume this is meant
to be replaced with a form. An easy enough change, but I just thought I
would confirm before I go too far down that road.

There is no mention at:
