One of the things that the forms api allows us to achieve, is the  
capability of filtering out elements based on whatever you want.
Me and vlado felt that this would be a good way to improve usability.

An example would be introducing an 'expert mode', which would expand  
the verbosity of the config settings. This is different from
implementing an 'advanced' tab in that the elements would still be in  
the most logical locations, they would just not be displayed
unless you are in expert mode.
