Though the feeds are always written to the aggregator_item table, it
will occasionally throw a warning message about suspicious input.

With the code freeze pushed back, I had time to work on this.


The patch leaves the configurable tags patch intact to filter
everything except the actual content (DESCRIPTION) of the item. The
DESCRIPTION is saved to the database raw and filtered on display using
the default text filter.
