[drupal-devel] another small usability issue

I think we all agree that scattered settings are quite a problem (often) in 
Drupal. 

Today I needed to explain a client where he could change the settings for 
contact forms: 
in admin >> settings >> contact AND in admin >> contact

This should somehow be merged, yet I dont really know how. I would vote for 
moving it all under admin >> settings >> contact
