i'm convinced. ;)  that's all i needed to read...

congrats on committing http://drupal.org/node/62340!

everything else i said is still true: i think we need fieldset  
functionality, and there are almost certainly still bugs.  let's keep  
up the push to make custom content types (CCT?) worthy for a new  
stable release!
