Technically, it won't require any changes to most themes -- things that
call node_view() will get what they always have. Modules that implement
hook_view() to build custom node bodies and teasers, or modules that
implement hook_nodeapi's 'view' operation to add data to $node->body or
$node->teaser, however, will need to be modified.

on the changes that are necessary.
