[development] Update numbering change- watch your update.php

The numbering of the updates have changed to allow space for branches 
[1]. This means that those running HEAD will have the first update since 
4.7 auto-selected instead of the relevant update. Please be sure to 
select 'No updates needed' or, when it exists, 1006.
