[development] Drupal mentorship system?

Following on the Vancouver conference (it was wonderful to meet folks, what 
a great community), I'm wondering if we have considered or should do some 
formalized mentorship in Drupal.  If you have thoughts, please comment on

And re users and taxonomies: Thanks Karoly, Robert, and Grant and others for 
the suggestions. As usual in this community there's a lot of creative 
approaches to any given question. I'll have a look at each.
