Yes, feel free to test.  The last upgrade should have fixed some bugs.

Note however that I disabled (or tried to disable) all the mail- 
functionality on scratch to prevent people sending mails while  
testing.  If your mail doesn't get through, that's probably the  
reason.  Makes sense? :)
