[development] updating creative commons module

I have been unable to get a reply from the maintainer of the creative 
commons module - http://drupal.org/node/17497. Does anyone know how to 
contact him (digibike), or does anyone want to just go ahead and upgrade 
it? You can probably assume ownership of the module too since it appears 
abandoned. I need it for an upcoming project.
