[development] Yahoo term extraction API and tags

I'll throw this one out there because I won't get
to it myself for a couple of weeks at least:

Thoughts:

a)  Would be a *brilliant* way of autofilling tags in the
     folksonomy modules

b)  Could enable Google/Yahoo Adwords users to throw those
     tags at ad invocation and massively increase the relevance
     of contextual ads for Drupal users.


I want b) so much, I'll probably write it.
