[development] Drupal 4.7b4 problem with passwords

I don't know if I should ask this here or on support but as it is about 
4.7 beta 4 I decided to start here.

I upgraded from b3 to b4 and I cannot log in, neither can I set a 
password, when I try to set a password I get this:

  * warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge.html]: Argument #2 is 
not an array in /var/www/fbdrupal/includes/form.inc on line 180.
  * warning: Missing argument 1 for password_confirm_validate() in 
/var/www/fbdrupal/includes/form.inc on line 595.

Is this a problem with b4 or have I messed up somewhere?
