This seems like a strange thing to can into hard code. I would rather put it
somewhere else (themeable) and make it a link to My Account (and no My
Account menu item which I can't delete) and have the default name of the
default menu be setable. The current scheme almost guarentees that many
people will just ignore the default menu and create their own.
