we're still waiting for confirmation from the venue but there are  
some changes in the schedule:

  - GovCamp starts one day earlier,
  - we have an additional DrupalCON day,
  - and Sunday's BarCamp will be a stand-alone event.

If you have thoughts, concerns or suggestions, please let me know.   
I'll let you know when we got confirmation from the venue.  In the  
mean time, we'll start working on a basic website for DrupalCON.
