[development] pathauto maintainership

Hi,

I contacted mikeryan about this pathauto patch which seems to work
well for the people who have used it and, since they searched it out,
seems like a common request

Mike mentioned that he is no longer interested in maintaining pathauto
and granted me CVS access to it.  I'm not sure that I'm right to
maintain it, but I know it's an important module for many many people
and the issue queue could use some love:

If anyone is interested in...
1) the above patch I mentioned - it's functionally trivial, but
perhaps some disagree whether the behavior is desired or not
2) maintaining pathauto
3) other patches that they feel should be committed.
