[development] Yahoo design philosophy

The page below describes Yahoo's design philosophy and offers an
alternative to 'graceful degredation' they call 'progressive
enhancement'. It seems like an interesting approach and one that we
should be aware of when introducing AJAX or similar functionality into
Drupal. I read this a while back and meant to mention it but I forgot
until now.
