I'm all for it, but as long as we can still do things the old way. For 
me, having 50 less-than-10-line theme files in a directory is garbage: 
I'd much rather stick them into just one file - it makes editing easier 
for *me*. I'd be happy if both ways were supported.

In some cases, my theme overrides are three lines -
such as ignoring the long parameter on the filter tips.
Having that in a single file is insulting.

Will both still be possible?
