[development] 4.7 maintenance: Release of Drupal 4.7.1

This http://drupal.org/node/60584 is a big issue (for me) that would be 
great to get fixed in 4.7.1.  It is definitely critical as many of my 
users cannot login unless they clear their cache.  I've looked at some 
partial solutions, but would like to know if anyone is a) experiencing 
this as well and b) knows where to point me to.
