One way to help is not to use Drupal 4.7.0 but to use the latest  
version from the DRUPAL-4-7 branch in CVS.  You can grab that version  
using CVS (see handbook for more information).  It is essentially  
Drupal 4.7.0 along with the latest bug fixes.  Think of it as a pre- 
release of Drupal 4.7.1.
