[development] module auto installer

Hello,

I have written a quick but very useful php script which acts as 'apt-get'
from Debian and allows administrators to install module from the web.

I have post 2 messages :

I just want to be sure that developper are aware of it.
I propose to maintain and help integrating it in Drupal if you like.

I just want to know the Drupal devellopper feelings about it.
