[development] Slight API change in 4.6.10 and 4.7.4

I can't go to the links below in IE 7, ok in Firefox. It briefly flashes up
but then goes away but leaves the left and right column, just no content. In
fact all of Drupal.org is broken on IE 7. How many other themes are broken?
A slightly modified (just colors and a few placement changes) Bluemarine
works on IE 7, still 4.7.3 so without the 4.7.4 changes IE 7 is basically
ok. (See www.ramapo2007.org)

If you read those they show code that will break on an updated site.
If you browse through your modules and theme for some of those pieces of
code and they don't look right - you need to update them.

I believe a list of affected modules is coming from the security team soon.
