[development] Add some choices to Drupal issue tracker

Hi,

I would like to request the following choices to be added in Drupal issue
tracker:
1. priority "major" - would be a level where is not a "critical" bug that
disables core to funtion properly, but is a high enough bug that disables a
user (or admin) to use an important function.
2. status "could not duplicate" - would be a status to inform that was not
possible to test and duplicate an issue

I'm asking this here, because would be two important options for my current
work with drupal issues.

pages are gone! 24 to go! ;) These are much more time consuming than
the 4.6issue list :-P
