[development] Suggestion for people releasing new modules and themes into CVS

I tried making the same argument before.

It is a common practice in the industry for that very reason, you have the
feline names for OSX (Tiger, Panther, ...etc.) as well as city names for
Windows (Chicago, ...etc.)
