[development] Cannot create 6.x release of module (was Re: watchdog -> dblog + syslog)

This is where the problem is.

I don't have 6.x listed. I only see None, 5.x, 4.7.x, and 4.6.x only in the
select box.

So, I can't select 6.x.

and give it a major number of "1", a patch level of "x", and an extra
