Interested parties should read the following lists of issues would

If nothing else, someone could contribute by finding and writing up  
the best GHOP tasks from these lists.  webchick and aclight have done  
an amazing job with this so far, but there's plenty to go around, so  
please pitch-in.  Extra points for those who mentor/review the  
resulting efforts of the students.
