I just asked on pg mailing list if there are similar tools for
postgress and I got 2 suggestions:
1) Log Analyzer : pgFouine

2) "set "log_min_duration_statement" in your postgresql.conf to log
all querys with a duration highter than that value"

pfFouine is GPLed.

They don't help in tuning pgsql config but they help to track down
which are the most critical queries.
